Have you got a child transitioning to our school in 2026?
We work hard to transition our families to Sheoak Grove Primary School, and each year as they move from one class to another.
Apart from individual meetings we hold information sessions and events such as Kindy Cafe and Orientation Days held in Term 4.
If your child is attending Kindergarten for the first time, the Hello Kindergarten booklet is a helpful resource.
