Enrolment to Sheoak Grove
Our school administration staff are always available during office hours to accept enrolment applications. You can download the application for enrolment form below along with the checklist detailing the supporting documentation required. Please ensure you have ALL documentation on the checklist before submitting your application. If this is not possible, please contact the office on 9523 5400 to discuss.
Please ensure that you have located your address in the Local Intake Area.

The above documents form Part A of the enrolment process and further information may be required. At the completion of Part A, a Part B booklet will be issued to finalise the enrolment process.
